I have a 2001 a4 1.8tqm. The cars boost gauge was working great till one day(night really) the light for the gauge just started to flicker. I thought it was loose wiring. So i took it out and reconnected the wires. Installed it back in and it was fine... Till i started the car, then it went back to the flickering. What could it be? The little bump that comes off the back of the gauge can twist around. Not sure if it did that before but i need help. As of now i just have the wires taped up and not connected since its hard to drive and not look at the flickering light. All help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
