Default White smoke coming out of my exhaust?

I have a 2001 audi TT quattro with 113k miles

im a noob and have no idea what I'm doing at all. I've been in mustangs all my life and now I'm clueless.

Problem:

When i start my car, around 90° outside and let it idle for a few minutes white smoke starts to come out of my exhaust, i know its smoke and not steam bc i smell something burning and it lingers and doesn't disappear.

The turbo works fine and as far as i can tell it drives fine. But once i get back home and leave it idle again the car starts to smoke out the exhaust.

Can anyone tell me what the problem is and how i can fix it and a price range?

Thanks!
