Hey guys, when I got home today my front driver's side window started doing something pretty weird. It was down and when I tired to put it back up, nothing happened. I left it alone for maybe half an hour and then tried it again. At first, it would go up about half way and then go back down on its own. After a few attempts to make it go all the way up, it simply stopped responding again. All the other windows work fine. Any idea how to fix this? It's a '04 A4 Audi 1.8T

Edit: The window is now half way up, but is making a crunching noise on it way up. (almost like paper bring crumpled)

You have maybe 2 troubles : the first one is the window switch and for the noise, the window lifter have to be lubricate or replace.
