I've got a 2001 Audi TT Quattro 225HP and the windshield washers don't work for the windshield. The headlight ones still work. The fuses are fine. Does anyone know what the problem could be? This may have happened because the delivery driver that delivered the vehicle to me a little while ago jump started the car and must have juiced it too much because he blew the stereo fuse too. This problem started right after that happened.

Also, the low tone horn doesn't work anymore; only the high tone horn does...really annoying. It sounds really bad. Would the horn just stop working like that? Anyone know the problem here? I'm thinking the low tone horn just died because the other one still works.

 

Check the wires and connectors at the devices themselves.
You can also use a voltmeter connected to both terminals of the pump and then the low tone horn and see if you get anything while a heper presses the buttons.
