so i got a friends car its a 2001 A4 quattro 1.8t basically from what he tells me one day his wipers just stopped at the top position and would not go back down so he pushed them down and tied them down for what reason i don't know... but now his wipers only move about 10 degrees and stop and the washer system is also down (windshield and headlamp) called the dealer for a little more info and it runs two washer pumps one for headlamps and one for windshield ... so i began to think could it possibly need all three things both pumps and wiper motor? i just what to get a little heads up before i bury myself into this thing because it seems as if this car is going to cost me more headaches than if i just left it alone?
