ok so ive been out of town for a month and Ive had a friend drive the car about once a week, but he had to jump it every time. Ive never had this problem but the abs/brake lights have been on for a while and when I try to turn the ignition it just clicks and the abs light pops up and goes away.

Could a bad module cause this? or something else.. Im going to get the battery checked later today

O and i dont have vagcom =(

 

If you turn the key and "it just clicks" , and a boost gets it started, you batter is too low.
This can be caused by many things, something may be slowly draining the batter, check for and lights left on (in trunk, back seat, etc). Or the battery won't hold a charge, have it tested.
