Hey guys, on my way home today i had the music up.. pretty loud.

Then i turned it off and i heard a crazy ticking noise.

The noise was only heard while in gear and OFF throttle i.e. decelerating.

I popped the hood to look for anything out of the ordinary and saw this



Could this be the source of the noise?

If not, does anyone know what's happening?
