Default CEL : improper airflow SAP

2000 Audi a4 Avant 1.8t - 140,000 miles

Ok So several months ago I had to replace my front end

SAP
Support
Rad
Condessor
Bumper
Ac lines

Never before did I have this CEL.....Now I have it...Im stumped on why

SAP is hard wired in and working/turns on

None of its lines are blocked/clogged
Egr was removed and cleaned out
I did not find any vac leaks so far

Please can anyone give me tips? Walk me through trial/error to find the issue?
