Every month or so the check engine light comes on. After checking the code it comes up Secondary Airflow. Can any one point me in the right direction? Thanks

 

Secondary Air Flow (Check Engine light)

Since I can't get away from AUDI without spending at least $500 bucks,
I bought a OBDII Code Reader.

I'm getting the same thing,
it comes on after a number of 'trips', so it will come on when its cold usually,
sometimes go off if it were just a freak thing and is working properly afterwards
and after about 30 starts.

I'm told its either a leak in a vacuum hose, or the Secondary Air flow solenoid
may need to be replaced.

I have an A6 4.2, and I keep getting the same thing, so I'm going to try that...
if you hear of something else, let me know.
