Gmg exhaust question

I bought an rs4 from out of state that came with gmg exhaust. I'm wondering if this exhaust system will pass a smog test for ca emissions?

You should be fine as long as the cat(s) is(are) still in their original location. Exhausts do nothing to alter smog, however you may have issues with police depending on how loud it is.
