Default Removing the resonator

I installed a APR down pipe and still waiting for apr to finish the tune. I figured the 800+for a magnaflow would be better spent on a stage 2 clutch. My tuner suggested cutting out the resonator. Does any one know what this might sound like, it already sounds different with the down pipe and high flow cat.

It'll induce more drone into the car and will make it louder. It won't appreciably help power in any way.
