In spite of being a female and never trying any sort of car repair things before, after reading other posts here i managed to successfully remove and replace the broken dash cup holder on my 2003 A6 and remove the broken center console cup holder too. All ready to pop the new one in but found the darn plastic piece inside the console it slips into is l not attached; its just laying down on the bottom looking lame and useless. Now what?! Did something break, or do i need to epoxy it back in place or?? Can anyone help me? Thx!!
