What is the best way to restore the paint on black my 95 S6?

have u tried to claybar the car and then hand wax the car?

Clay will definitely help you to restore the paints. Car waxing is also a good option. If you want any car services then ask over here.

redo the paint yourself, Touch Up Paint from PaintScratch.com, water sand your problem areas using like 1500 grit sand paper and then clean the area really well, then paint.

should all cost under $80 depending on how much paint you need.
