I own a 2004 A-4 Turbo and love the car, it runs and looks great. I have had some problems with the CVT transmission and been told I need to replace the entire unit at a cost of $7,000. I was also told that this transimssion is designed so it can't be serviced. It has two codes for the speed sensor and two codes for the shift valve [no signal] Has anybody else had this problem and can it be fixed without replacing the tranny?
