Default A5 transmission problems

I purchased a CPO 2011 A5 in March of 2014. At first I noticed a hard shift into 1st gear from a stop. Took it to the dealer and they upgraded the software. This seemed to resolve that problem. A few months later I noticed that once the car had warmed up that a shift into reverse from a stop was hard. Like it was slamming into gear. I took it to the dealer again and they performed an adaption drive which seemed to fix the issue. Three months later the issue reappeared, but much more apparent. Back to the dealer. The service manager wanted the head tech to take a test drive with me to show him my concerns. He got in the car, put on his seat belt and was ready. I started the car, put it into reverse and boom. It shook the car so hard we were done. He said,"Thats not a software issue." After they had the car for two weeks they replaced the mecatronics unit and the issue, I thought, was resolved. For the last two weeks the issue has returned.
Am I the only one who has experienced this? Love the car, but come on man! How many times do I have to keep taking the car back to the dealer for Audi not to replace the transmission. Buy the way the car had 42k when I bought it and now has 47k.
