A6 Allroad Awaited
Hello to everyone, from historic and beautiful Northumberland.
To replace my Land Rover Freelander 2 (known as the LR2 in North America, I think) I have just ordered an A6 Allroad Sport 272PS in Ibis White with Santos Brown upholstery, fine grain ash trim, Technology Pack, Parking Pack, LED Matrix headlights, heated steering wheel, Interior Light Pack, and Bose stereo. The dealer tells me it should be with me by July or August. I am a little nervous about making the change from a manual to the S-Tronic transmission as I have spent my 35 driving years with a stick shift - so I'd be interested to know if anyone else has made the same transition and, if so, how long it took for their clutch leg to behave itself. Also, of course, general impressions of A6 Allroad ownership.

I have an old allroad automatic and I'm really liking it. Got it cheap because it was broken. I'm 68 yrs old and will never have another standard car.I had an a3 with paddle shift and decided was no reason to shift man. again!!!
