Default Audi B6 1.t apr ecu upgrade question/problem

Hello,

I was hoping someone here might be able to help me with my question/problem. I just recently had an APR ecu upgrade software program installed for my 2004 A4 1.8T. It has increased power extensively, however I was on the interstate today and noticed that in 4th 5th and 6th gear the car vibrates when I step on the gas, particularly at a lower RPM. The noise is louder in 6th gear then in 5th gear. And louder in 5th then in 4th. It still pulls pretty hard in those gears despite the noise. It does not make the noise in 1st 2nd or 3rd gear, and pulls really hard in those gears. The car did not do this immediately prior to the upgrade. I realize that "chipping" your car can expose its weaknesses, so I am wondering which weakness has been exposed. Any insight would help.

Thanks,
Dan
