Default Audi doesnt know whats wrong with my car!

Hi All,

Hope someone here can guide me in the right direction.

I bought an Audi A5 3.0 litre Quattro Tdi about 3 months ago (2015 model with 25K miles on it). The car was checked and found to be in perfect condition. After 3 or 4 weeks I was driving and the glow plug and engine management lights came on and the car went into limp mode. The car has been at the local Audi dealership since then, they have changed Sensors, wires, harness and ECO and this still hasn’t fixed the problem.
I have just been told by the manager there, that they do not know what the issue can be and don’t know what to do next!!! How can the local Audi dealer (for Malta) say they don’t know what to do next. Where does this leave me, if Audi is saying they cannot even fix their own cars!

Does anyone here know someone I can contact at the Audi head office to resolve this?

Any help would be appreciated.
