My non dbw A4 99 cannot be read for codes . The obd II reader wont connect to the comp . After tearing apart the dash Ive found a floating 20g orange wire fron the instrument cluster that is zip tied to the fusable link off the scanner port . Does anyone know where this wire runs ? Or where to start ? Thank you
