I have my OBD 2 code reader plugged into my 2002 audi a4 1.8t quattro and i keep getting the same error message. It says ErPr, which in the book says that its not getting any power from the port. Am I doing something wrong here? Anyone have similar problems?

Try turning the ignition key more towards the right. I think the ignition needs to be in the acc position to provide power to the port.
