Hi all! Looking for my first Audi either an A4 or A6 Avant or Allroad used. Go to the source for info! Currently have a 2007 FJ cruiserdaily and a '79 L82 Corvette for fun.Awesome in all weather and for driving on the beach, however does not support the driving around of 90+ elders and their gear while trying to be stylish. long Island has had more snow here and need to travel to patients and parents regardless. Loving the A6 style and larger back Leg room but the A4 seems to have nicer driving. Allroad I have steered against by the used car dealers due to the suspension. so am I correct, timing belt on A6 and need to change is a big cost. What about a4 people?
So what am I looking for?
- to find reliable info on repairs especially if I have access to an amazing DIY guy who can take apart a Harley and put it back together, so I would hope he can handle an Audi. Well then there is the dishwasher but I digress.
- what bad things have you run into owning any one of those

- not afrraid to travel so how am I gonna know its good from an ad ( you might not be able to help me with that)
