2015 A6 2.0T Quattro
My gas cap lock is driving me nuts. When I first got the car about a year ago, the cap would unlock automatically when I shutoff the engine. Now for some reason I have to shutoff the engine, open the door (so the screen goes down), lock the car and unlock it with the remote in order to release the gas cap lock. Did I unknowingly change a setting, or was there a software update behind this, or is there a problem with the car?
I live in Oregon, which is one of only two states where self-serve gas is illegal. So otherwise I would not even be getting out of the car when I gas up.
