All you have to do is call customer service@ 18008222834 .the rep. Will ask 4 your vin # the part # 4 the radio ..name..email address..and I think that's it..they may tell you that it can take from 1 hour to 2 days..it only took just over an hour 4 me. they wcall you back with code..you will be sent an online survey about the call..I had nothing but nice things to say..they saved me $$$..I have gotten good advice from this site..I hope this helps someone.
