Hi guys, I live in Lima ,Peru. Just bought a 2005 a4, 2.0, new model. I mean in America, I believe, it would be a 2006. Pls correct me if am wrong.
Also my engine is a non turbo 2.0 that is non existent in USA, right?
Always wanted a Audi. Purchased with 45K miles(78K Km) aprox.
It had both camshafts replaced for free by the dealer ??????
Has a 4 spoke steering wheel with no buttons, nor sunroof. Seems a pretty basic model, but very well taken care of.
Have read many reviews complaining of unreliability and high cost of maintenance.
Did I make a huge mistake buying it? What should I worry about?
Will appreciate any coments
Regards

it is ok to ask technical questions here, just don't expect a technical answer. there is not a whole lot of traffic here in the "New Member Welcome Area". Most of us are from North America and may not be 100% familiar with your particular model. Audi care can be a little bit more expensive than some other cars, due primarily to the cost for parts and higher labor rates for a "specialist". The best way to minimize your cost of ownership is to be sure that you are keeping up with the minor care and maintenance issues that occur. Just as with any car, if you take care of it properly it will most likely not have any major problems.
good luck
have fun
