hello all! thnx admin for the welcome. This is my second attempt for posting(lost first one). Wife and I just took bought her sons 1998 A4 2.8. It has 109,000 miles and we just got it back from the dealer. Wanted to get service done and have the car gone through to see if it was worth keeping. Well we bit the bullet and pd 3900.00 for all the service(t-belt,tune,brakes all around w/rotors up front) the dealer said it was like a new car(I never new a dealer was another name for a proctologist[]-and to think no flowers or candy) although I will admit he did throw in a new key at no cost. Sad thing is a day after we picked up the car only one of the speakers was working(nice Pioneer/Audiobahn system) thought dealer messed up, come to find out amp was no good [:@]so another 700.00 for a new Alpine 5 channel amp and Kenwood 10" sub and we are ready to relax for a little while. There is still some minor mods I would like to do, but in good time, need to join local quattro club and enjoy
thanx for reading, happy motoring and looking forward to happy future[8D]
