hey everyone, as you can tell i am new to the site because i have just purchased a 95' audi 90 series v6 non-Q.
im new with audi and parts so i asking for help
-i need a new performance exhaust system (preferably quite) , suspension (new struts and lowering springs), front end (RS2 projector headlamps and RS2 front bumper, good wheel websites? can i go turbo or supercharger?

You can either turbocharge it or supercharge it. I would go turbo but that is up to to you. Good luck and welcome.
