Hey everyone. I have an audi a6, 2.8 year 2000. I've been checking out the posts for a while now. Lots of interesting stuff. What can I say other than I love the looks and the styling of audis. I have been having some mechanical trouble which is not as lovable. Pricey car to fix but I've found deals on parts on ebay. One bad experience though. I bought a thermostat in August 07, had the belts, water pumpand thermostatchanged in August. Now I have a light going on--theOBD light. Had the code checked at the dealership and they tell me that my thermostat isn't working right. I only changed it5 months ago. The part may have been faulty. I'm wondering what recourse I have. I bought the part from a local dealership too.

 

just an fyi... parts from ebay aren't really that great
