Default Noob looking for Info

Hello my name is Ryan. i am currently looking for an S4 Avant. i dont know why but i think that the Avant is SEXY and there is something about a wagon that will put the smack down.

Currently i own a Pontiac G6 (hevily modded) and i am looking to purchase before the summer is over.

I am looking for the wagon to be manual. i dont want that auto crap. i know that it is tiptronic but i dont care. in order for it to be a proper man car it has to have a 6 speed manual box.

My question is this...

Should i be looking for the 4.2 V8 or the Twin Turbo 2.7. I know that the 4.2 has like 340 HP but i have never owned a turbo and always wanted one. plus with a few modifications i could bump up the 260somethign to an easy 350 or better. how often do you have to rebuild the turbos? what should i look out for when searching for an S4 (common problems?)

Also will the sedan suspension parts work on the avant? IE Struts and springs?

Sorry to slam you with questions but i am looking to get a better understanding quick.
