Default Noobie Question

I just picked up an '89 Audi 80. I have a pretty built up Subaru(but I blew the engine with too much aftermarket boost<IMG src=smileys/smiley7.gif border="0">). So I picked up this Audi in the meantime. </P>

My question is, can I convert this car to a quattro? I know on the 2wd subaru versions, you could use the AWD parts from another subaru, and they would work. Can you do the same with this?(i'm guessing yes, but I just want to make sure)</P>

Also, is there any other AMERICAN audi fourms?( i looked with no luck)</P><edited><editID>FatCatTurbo</editID><editDate>37982.9264699074</editDate></edited>

You don't even want to consider doing that. For one - you would never be able to do it yourself (the Quattro system is unbelievably complicated) and it would take a long and expensive run to have it done. Diff suspension, diff Oilpan, diff gas tank, diff everything...

Better off selling the FrontTrak and buying a Quattro.
