Hello everyone, my name is John. Well like the title says I am thinking about buying a A4 98-01. I just have a few questions about the car. I just recently sold my BMW 740i and it was one of the nicest cars I ever owned. The reason I sold it was because I am looking for a smaller car and I don't really like how the 3 series looks like compared to the A4. I would just like to know what are a few things that I should look for when buying one. Like what kind of electrical or mechanical problems might I want to look for. Any kind of input would be greatly appreciated.

Your question will be better answered int he B5 A4 section. You should also start off ready the Newbie's Guide as most of the stuff there will probably answer your questions about Audis.

Many topics had also been covered before so searching would probably best.
