timing belt replacement

i need to replace my timing belt on my 2001 s4. anyone know how to do it or where to find out how to do it cause im not paying the dealership $1500 to replace a $65 part.

i'll do it if you in az

for half that.
also when you replace a timing belt you also should replace waterpump,all the rollers and tensioner the tensioner is like $250 alone i think .
