my 06 a4 lost trans fluid from broken cooling hose need to know how to replace fluid and check level after .does not have conventional oil pan like older models i lost alot of fluid

 

The process is not as simple as one would think. The trans needs to be at the proper temp and you need to add fluid with a fluid transfer pump.

VAG-COM is need to read the correct temp (30 - 50ēC).

my 06 a4 does not have a drain pan is it possible a cvt trans it has two plugs at bottom one is hex and the other looks like torqs do you fill same as earlier styles and can you use aftermarket atf
