Default PES Supercharger Problems Please Help!

Hello,

I've been reading these forums for quite some time now and decided to ask advise on a problem I'm having with a new PES Supercharger install. I have a 2003 A4 Avant with a V6 3.0 engine and Tiptronic transmission. I just got it back from the guys at PES Tuning after having their G3 supercharger installed. Now the car is barely driveable. The trans bucks and seems to slam between gears, while shifting, at medium to full throttle. I thought it might be a timing issue (spark knock at low RPM) so I regapped the plugs this morning. When I talked to the guys at PES, they said that optimum plug gap is between 0.032"-0.035". They were at 0.040" now they're at 0.034". They were wet and the insulator was brown. Before the install, I changed the plugs and the old ones were nice and dry and had a nice color. It runs a bit smoother at low RPM now that I've regapped them but the tranny is still running wild. Once it is up to top gear, in cruising speed, it runs nice and strong. Just getting there through the gears is is hell. I'm taking it back to the guys at PES today for a "retune" but wanted to get a second opinion. Anyone out there with any answers, please help!

Thanks in advance,
Charles
