60k mile service missed - checklist?
Can anyone tell me where I can get the 60k mile checklist for my '08 A3 S line tiptronic?
I just bought the vehicle, un-certified with 66k miles. It doesn't have any service history except the Carfax. The dash readout says "service overdue, not done in 255 days."
I did an oil change and filter right away. I'm concerned mainly about (tranny) fluid change and when that's due for changing. It's 60k on our CR-V, so I'm concerned. I also want to get the damn warning light off. Is this something an independent shop can do? Any recommendations for a shop in the Northampton MA area?
Thanks in advance for any info.
btw, this car is replacing my beloved '03 Jetta TDI wagon, which won my over to the brand. Was going to get a GTI and learned the power plant was from the A3 and then my car came up on a dealer liquidation. Man, I love this car! I'm primarily a motorcyclist who doesn't consider 4 wheel travel to have a "fun" factor - at least on my budget. What a treat to find a car that delivers the same kind of throttle response I thought only came with 2 wheels. This is a timely revelation with winter here.
