Default My audi A4 got flooded

Alright, so my car, 2005.5 audi a4 got flooded during the hurricane Irene...while driving the car in the flooded area, the engine shut off and while trying to start it again it wouldn't work... so next day taking to mechanics, and finding out, that water went everywhere- from air filter, to turbine, to intercoolers ... not sure if it went to the engine.. what do you think ??
also mechanics recommended to change both intercoolers, but one piece is 350 dollars.. so i refused and asked them to dry the old ones...

what you think about the engine and electronics ?? is it fixable ?? also should i get new intercoolers ??

Check with your insurance company about flood coverage.

If water is in any of the fluids, have the fluids changed. Make sure the engine oil is not foaming. Make sure that the oil drains back the crankcase.

Default Parts car.

will buy if sold as a parts car and pick it up. your better off not messing with it because its going to have electrical shorts and everything from here on out. and not only that is the insurance company is going to total it out with those sort of problems.
