I used to be one of the most angry and confrontational people you'd ever meet when it came to people's ignorance or stupidity.
Then one day I realized that life is way too short and there are always going to be pr1cks in this world. You can't go around beating the fu<k out of every one of them.

I do freak people out a little with how I drive.
Some people who know me completely trust me and others are scared to death (I made my wife cry once when we were on the freeway and I merged from the center lane to the left lane coming up on a Semi and some LOSER decided he would speed up (finally) and not let me in, well, I just sped up a little more an went anyways...fuckem...don't make people slam on the brakes when you're the one driving slow and being tyranical by not letting others drive the speed they want to and cutting them off.!!!! Oh yeah, anyways my wife just looks at me and she's crying! She didn't yell at me or anything, but apearantly I scared her for real.)
Hey, I know what I'm doin! Even if some people can't drive like this dosn't mean I can't. It wasn't that close! (Ok, maybe it was, but I still think that if my brother was following me, he'd of followed me through![8D]

I couldn't give a hoot. I'm too laid back maybe? Matbe Spanker has anger issues? Dude, it sounds like you are one stressed out fella. I've never seen any road rage type stuff up in NY state. Of course, if someone gives you the bird, then maybe YOU are doing something to **** them off??

The thing that gets me a bit hot under the collar is people that will not move out of the passing lane. This happens so often..people will just sit in that lane, no matter how slow they are going...like it is their personal lane and they are not going to share. It is such a selfish move, and just leads to congestion and keeps traffic from moving. I tell you, in almost every other country I've driven in, Canada, France, Italy, Germany, Austria, New Zealand, Argentina...people use the passing lane to pass and then move over to the right. Traffic moves along nicely and all is good with the world.
My favorite move is to get in front of these drivers and then slowly, slow down....down to the point where they decide to move to the right to get around me...and then once they change lanes, I take off. Don't do this much anymore...but it was effective.
