People who try and change lanes into me really **** me off, some ******* started running me into oncoming traffic. A good honk and display social finger, and I was on my way. I don't usually road rage at people and tail gate them or anything, I just get really pissed off sometimes. Although later after that guy almost got me killed, some other kids tried to race me in thier shitbox cavalier. I didn't even bother, so they cut me off. I followed them for a while accelerating up real close to thier bumper and backing off, and I kept on seeing the guy in the backseat turning around to check and see if I was still on their tail, he looked freaked out. Good times, I made some kids **** their pants.

By the way, I guess I may have gave the wrong impression, I don't get flipped off that regularly, usually only by people who try to cut me off while I pass them, kinda like what Jestnomen was talking about...they try to cut me off, they fail, they get upset and then actually get mad at me? Other than those people, I really don't affect anybody else.
I guess that's why I was trying to engage Jestnomen in a discussion about this whole thing.
I'm wondering, since he's against me driving fast, is he also against gay marriage and birthcontrol and womens right to abortion and the ability to be another religeon other than some far right Christianity. Why can't he just leave people alone when they are driving? Why does he have to play and force people to go around him. Why does he have to be a tyrant.
Maybe he dosn't do all this stuff. Maybe just that once or few times it happened with a real ******* who was driving like an idiot and cutting people off while he was weaving in and out of traffic and then came flyin up on Jestnomen's *** all freakin out. As for the rest, you did sound like a *****. If I misunderstood, then I apologise, but from reading your post, you sounded like a *****. It seemed you actually looked for these types of engagments, and thrived on them. Thats a bit prickish in my view, ( and I seldom keep my views to myself). If you did any of that nonsense with my family in the car I would politely ask you to wind down your window, and give you the bit of road rage you were looking for. By the way, a *****, and a **** are the same thing, it just never sound right to have 2 such descriptive nouns in the same sentence/paragraph.. It reads a bit lazy.

I hate to slightly change the topic, as this one is going so well......but anyone else think that the forum structure on Audiworld sucks? Does it make you angry when you are trying to find some useful info?
I can't tell where a post begins and a signature ends, and then the next 2 word post starts, only to be followed by a "Yeah", followed by a 2 page sig, and on and on it goes. Is there a different way to view that forum?

Yes, I know this is a forum.
The whole reason for mentioning the religeon/abortion/sexual orientation is to point out that Jestnomen is being no different than those people, ie not letting people be themselves without judging them or trying to change their actions when they are not affecting you, like not letting people drive fast. It's not a game. It is a big deal. It's very aggressive.
I do not look for these engagements, but I do look forward to them.
I like meeting up with tyranical bullies. I like meeting up with people who do covert, manipulative and passive aggressive actions against others. Thats what you are doing when you mess with people on the road. It's a form of abuse. I like meeting up with these types of people because I know how to deal with them. They are children and they are cowards.

Living and driving in england was soo good compared to california, those shiny things and the things that flash on the sides of your car are there to be used, the use of freeway lanes are apparently all cruising lanes, used to be big on fliping people off, until i realised you flip the wrong person off and my corpse will be found in a truck stop dumpster, has a strangely calming effect. i still get pissed off with it but its not worth holding on to if blocking me in, or endangering yourself and others around you by shaving 20 seconds off your journey time turns your crank, makes you feel impowered as its the only place you got control in your fragile world, then rock on, may your bullet ridden sexually abused body be found in a dumpster, all cos you flipped of the wrong person, aaaahhhh, got that off my chest feels like i can drive another seven days on the roads, for the record as i recall driving in england wasnt all roses! this isnt a dig at anyone in particular, just felt like i needed to talk some crap. i may need therapy.

This thread has turned rather ugly...but I'll ignore that for now.
Fast driving does not alway = unsafe driving....
Plenty of bad, unsafe drivers out there that adhere to the speed limit.
Driving in the passing lane and forcing all to drive at your speed is unsafe and totally uncalled for. It is also illegal in most states. Those signs that say keep right except to pass are not just informative...it is the law in many states...In fact in most of those states you can get a ticket for passing someone on the right.
So it just helps traffic move along, avoides congestion/traffic and ensures that all know what the traffic pattern is and adhere to it.
Not much different than expecting people to make a right hand turn from the right hand lane, or for people to know that in a traffic circle the people already in the circle have the right of way over people entering the circle.
So why not give your fellow drivers a break and adhere to the law and the common practice that is designed to make the highways safer.
If people feel that they want to be the speed limit enforcer, then become a traffic cop, or report speeders and/or unsafe drivers to the police...take down a license plate number....but don't clog the damn left lane!
