hey quick question.
around december I was driving thru a snow storm later in the evening,and it was pretty much just a big white out. I couldnt see 5 feet in front of me with my lights on. but I tried turning my lights off, and i could see perfectly fine just because the headlights shined all over the falling snow instead of the ground. Now im just wondering. would you give a person a ticket for driving thru a small residential neighborhood during the evening without theire lights on during a whiteout??
I seriously couldnt see 5 feet in front of me. and without the lights on it was like it was daytime just cause the moon was out and the snow on the ground acted like a freakin mirror to the moons light.

Ok Ok last post on this. First off, this gateway theory is crap. First off if you know any potheads, then you know someone who smokes pot doesnt become a crackhead. But the only reason there is this so called gateway theory is because when people go to look for marijuana it opens them up to the illegal market to get whatever kind of crap they want. If marijuana was legalized and distributed accordingly this would cut out this illegal connection but our government is too stupid and stuborn to realize this. Between 1763 and 1767 you could actually be thrown in jail for NOT growing indian hempseed. At one point in our countries history hemp was actual legal tender and you could even pay your taxes with it. As for it being some type of drug is completely idiotic. We have found cannaboid receptors in the hippocampus of our brain!

Not all cops speed, not all citizens speed. Not all cops get away with it either. Some have ticketed each other, VERY strong in VA, othersare issuedtickets from speed cameras.
