So my deck is fixed apparently, just have to go pick it up in toronto... and I just eBay'd a brand new JL 450/4 to replace my alpine MRV-540 -- the alpine has a cold saulder somewheres on #2 channel, it cuts in and out, and drives me NUTS. I figure i'll get the alpine fixed, and sell it afterwards to try and make up some of the cost of this behemoth amp I've just bought.

Pretty stoked though!

 

d*mn dude, how long has your HU been out for repairs? glad to finally hear that its fixed.

 

God, it's been well over a month, probably nearing two! Thank god its under warranty... I don't imagine this would have been cheap.

No worries though, its fixed (so they say) and I have a bad *** amp on the way!
