I was thinking mabe a 2001 explorer xlt with like 50k miles on it. The only audis in my area for that kind of cash have way to many miles on it. any one know of any problems with explorers or for some reason like or disslike them? I was thinking mabe a land rover, but it would be 60,000 miles on it and a 99 so i duno.
what you guys think?

 

So does it have to be a 4x4 chelsea tractor?? If not, for 11K, there are tons of cars of every description for ya.

 

that price range would definately get you a nice b5 here in the atlanta area, but that's probably not where you are.
anyway between those two vehicles i would go with the land rover.
i don't care for most fords, definately don't like the explorer. fit and finish is terrible, rides like crap, not reliable.
i wouldnt worry about the mileage on the land rover if has been taken care of. that was the year bmw was in charge of the company. i would take a 60k mile bmw engine over a ford any day.
