Honestly, the day went fine beside the fact that I was cranky and was really sarcastic to an extreme.

It's true tho. Like I said before, I wouldn't really call it an addiction but more like I need that warm coffee in my body to keep me going. I know for a fact that the caffeine does not work for me as I can sleep right after I down a cup of coffee at night.

LOL @ the Alaska comment. Although I wonder what it would be like to live there. Sarah Pallin FTMFW!

Iced espresso would sound pretty good right about now.

Drinking Chai tea for my morning wake up. I've been substituting Tea for Coffee lately. Doctor recommended I get rid of coffee to help my insomnia.

Yeah, I know Black and Green teas still have caffeine But it's much less than the 4 shots of espresso I used to start the day with. I usually drink coffee all day, but now I'm just having a few cups of tea in the morning and lunch time. Cant go cold turkey off caffeine all together!

In the evenings, like now, I drink Chamomile tea (Tazo Calm to be exact). Helps relax and de-stress at the end of the day.

........................... Man I'd love a good cup of coffee.

Working night shift, my "dinner" is whenever I finally decide to eat. I grabbed a triple espresso chai latte with my dinner last night around 1 a.m.

Right now I'm trying to decide if I would like a "night cap" of coffee when I get off shift, but with the temps reaching about 110 today, I may forego that idea. All I know is that I'm starving, and I really don't have any healthy options out here when the chow hall is closed... bleh, I have a month and a half left, it will all be over soon!

4 shots of espresso anf house blend in a 24 ounce cup, a bit of caramel for flavor, and some milk to smooth it out... I should be good until the end of my shift.

Hope you have have a great day!
