About to have breakfast right now. Brewing my first cup of the day, just some Sumatra.
It's been a great weekend so far, got to actually sleep in today.

How's your weekend going?

 

It feels like I never sleep... 12 hour shifts, 7 days a week...

 

I wish I had the perseverance of an insomniac...I always end up falling asleep at about 4:30 or 5:00.

But anyway, about to make a cafe au lait. Seems to be what I'm drinking more and more of lately.

 

Started the day off with a nice cup of Ethiopian fto straight black, sipped on that while working on making my own hand made weighted shift ****, and now I'm sipping on a mug of kenya roast while relaxing as the weekend winds down. Productive, gorgeous weekend in my honest opinion.

 

Doesn't sound too bad. I might put another pot on and make a night out of it. I picked up Top Gear Series 11 & 12 today, so plenty of entertainment for the night.

 

What do you mean picked up? You bought them?

I'm gonna have one right about now. Just cooked my self some late dinner and about to watch some TV, eat dinner, and sip on some coffee. I can't think of anything better to end the weekend.

Kinda looking forward to next week. It should be a good one.

Yeah, they deployed me and stuck me behind a desk for 12 hours a night. The net is painfully slow, and usually by the time it loads, I completely forget what thread I'm in. The only reason I check AF after work is because I can't see any of the pics at work, so then I'm like, damn, I need to check this when I get back to my room! Soooo, here I am.

But, yeah, I literally check back every couple hours during my shift, giving the illusion of AF omnipresence...

 

I'm surprised the comp is actually slow. I thought the government would spend $$ on fast connections.

On my first cup right now. It's getting hotter and hotter as we speak.

It's not a matter of money, it's all about the infrastructure. When you boil it all down, this place is still a **** hole in the middle of the desert! But, it's better tha nothing!
