OFF TOPIC
yea I ride a zx6r and i think its time to get rid of it for my health's sake. I can always get another one in the future if things are looking up for me. I'm just concerned about getting sick again and having to worry about payments and stuff. So anyone looking for a 03 kawasaki zx6r let me know. I hate to get rid of it but I think it's time. I've been down before on other bikes and it's not what i would call a good time.
IS IT THE 636? that's my all-time favorite 600 ever. i'm in love with those bikes....but i'm staying away from sport bikes for a couple years. i'm not sick or anything, but i'm just stupid on them..
It doesnt matter what kinda bike ur riding. The risk is all the same.
Almost 2 years ago I was put on a wheelchair for 4 months because of a motorcycle accident.
I got hit by car " A big *** cadillac ", flew about 15 feet up in the air and landed 20 feet from where I got hit. Next thing I know I couldnt get up, fractured my hip, blow my PCL"gone", MCL, ACL, Miniscus, fractured the knee cap, Bulging Disc L4 & L5.
Ive been riding for 7 years, avoided alot of accident but not this one. I was expecting one day it will happen, but you know what I dont blame anybody but myself. I love riding! and yes I was riding a crotch rocket " R6 " at the time. I was going the speed limit when it happen until the 77 year old lady decided to make a left & smack her cady to you know who! **** Fu**ing Hurts!
My neighbor rides a Harley & got in an accident on the freeway, flew about god knows how high & found about 100yards away from where the accident happen . Broken neck, arm, leg & so on. Get the point.
I still ride, but dont have a bike "My wife wont let me have another one. But im working on it!" I just barrow my homie's bike. SHHHHHHHH............. she dont know. Oh yeah my neighbor still ride also.
I think your the only one who can decide what you want to do.... Whats more important to you? Your life or riding your bike. If you decide to still ride & something happen you cant blame anybody but urself.
Yeah u get all this "DONT RIDE ANYMORE" advise but are u really gonna listen. Once a rider youll always have it in you. We are HARD HEADED! thats why we ride, we know the consequences.
I hope you make the right decision and Good luck with the Chrohn's Disease.
Whatever that is, it sound serius.

04BLKS4, you have a point, it doesn't matter what kind of bike you have when it comes to other drivers on the road....but i'm not talking about other drivers, i'm talking about him keeping himself out of trouble, by getting away from the super fast, super sporty streetbikes...
