TPAM was raised by elves and now irritates the hell out of everyone with Happy Speak, which entails inserting the word "skiddly" before every fifth word when he speaks.

TPAM once dialed 911, skiddly-then after getting his skiddly-dork unstuck from his skiddly-zipper, dialed 119 to skiddly-cancel the emergency.
