it was sad i was like poor old man tryin to pick a race

 

some people are just weird... and never change.. so totally random.. what is everyones fav green vegetable? and what is everyones least favorite??

 

Green Beans is fav of course it does have green in the name

Brusselsprouts least those things are disgustind like eating a smelly foot

 

im not sure if these count... but Peas.. i love Peas.. oddly enough

 

they are green and they are a vegetable in my book so they count

 

So I go into the Dr. today to get stitches removed from my hand (a little surfing accident - who said surfing is not a contact sport!). I've had to stay out of the water for two weeks...and I'm getting ready for labor day weekend at the beach.

But NO...stitches came out...but not totally heald yet...Dr suggests one more week out of the water...
this is extremely bad news...so I think I am going to have to ignore it....Just hope the bacteria count is not too bad in the water this weekend.

 

I had the same thing but my cut wasn't so bad that it needed stitches, I used some of that "new skin" stuff, you can get it at any drug store and you apply it with a swap and it forms a layer of fake skin over your cut. Then the bacteria dont get in and it wont sting.

 

Good suggestion...I'm going to use that and then maybe put a surgical glove over that and use some medical tape to seal it off...should work I think...

Does the nu-skin come off pretty easily?

 

The stuff just dissolves and it's gone in a couple of days. But you can scrub it off with some soap if you want to as well. With the glove and the new skin that should work great. When i used just the new skin it started comin off in the water after bout 2 hours, cuz salt water's a more abrasive. Good luck, pray for waves. Wonder how the waves were as the hurricane was hittin, bet some crazy lunatic tryed to surf em' with his buddy tapin' I'd pay to c that!

 

seriously you can just use super glue next time.. that way you dont have to get stitches... that stuff works great!!!
