i can't BELIEVE how some people raise their children......

i had spaghetti for lunch and now i have rock gut and i had a banana about 1 hour ago and my rock gut is coming back and it's very very uncomfy because i can't like walk it off since i have to sit in my friggin' chair at work for another 30 minutes and i hate work and i hate feeling gross and full and i feel like my belly is overlapping my pants..
