Exactly. I've almost been hurt doing 12oz curls, theres no way I'll try to lift more.

i've actually dropped one side of 145 on my nose. i was going to put it back and my spotter wasn't paying attention and i missed the thing and then plop. good thing i kinda turned and the bar caught on something and i didn't get the full blow. i still bled though and it hurt like a ****.

That's why I don't use weights, rocks and desks work just as well...
