06 S4 ceritified for 40? good price or not?

06 S4 ceritified for 40? good price or not?

local dealer has an 06 S4 for 40,000. the car is certified, it only has 340hp and didnt seem as quick to me as i was hoping. is this a decent deal or not?

2nd gear is awesome in the autos, esp in low revs, but there are better things to buy for 40k, like an 02 s4with 20k in upgrades
