2000 s4???
should I have concerns about reliability on a 2000 s4 with 84k? I just took it in relatively cheap at the dealership and I have always wanted an S4, the car has never been modded but is a little rough on the outside.
Its a lot of miles on a perhaps less then reliable car to beging with. They are great cars otherwise and I understand your wanting one. Good point regarding the timing belt/water pump. I had a coolant leak recently and was convinced to change out the belt/pump while they were at it - cost a pretty penny. For those miles I would think 13+ is a bit high - but don't know really - depends on how well the car is running and what has been replaced and when (brakes, suspension parts - all of them basically!), clutch and what have you - and if the turbos seem to be operating smoothly...
