sorry for the stupid "newbie" question. (new to me) 06 s4 cabriolet. 8/05 manufacture date, not new corporate nose look. is this a b6, or b7? where would i find out? also there is a hinged flap about 1.5" x 7" long above the rearview mirror attached between the visors. any ideas? one last idea. was planning on custom installing my V1 concealed module into the plastic cover piece below the speedo gauge for a flush look. anyone try this? thanks for the imput, try and be nice. ive spent 30+ hours on this site in the last 2 weeks of owning this car. btw my lil porker is a pig off the line. doesnt seem like much for a 4.2 auto, what do you think of torque converters or somthing to give her a lil kick? thanks in advance. harris in long island NY

 

i thought the 2005.5's were b7's, but if it's not the "new corporate" look than it's a b6 like below
